Coach Casey from Speed Cycling will lead a seminar discussing how to layout an Annual Training Plan (ATP).
After this seminar you should be able to understand the training and recovery that goes into a mulitple month (annual) plan.
He will discuss power based concepts such as Training Stress Score (TSS), Chronic Training Load (CTL), Acute Training Load (ATL), Training Stress Balance (TSB) and how they relate to performance and your key events.
He will help you navigate the alphabet soup that is training and break it down into easy to understand concepts.
